A lack of clothing on the torso (of a female). Should not be used together with the naked tag.
Can be used when the top of a one-piece swimsuit or similar clothing is pulled down to the waist exposing the torso. Example: post #8464
If only the breasts are exposed, use the breasts tag. Example: post #7462
