Because, unlike Danbooru and similar sites, moe.imouto has no ads (yay), a variety of pictures (landscape pics and unique artsy stuff is what I'm really here for), and a good tagging system. The fact we are here doesn't mean that we like hentai and etc. This site is not 100% hentai, although we can say looking at the tags that it was kinda made for this purpose.

I mean, it's common to find tags like "curly hair" or "hair pins" or "smile" in other sites, but here we have "extreme_content", "pussy", and much worse. :B

Not really, the site was originally mostly non-ero until it was decided to allow it (originally via ero.imouto, which was soon abandoned). If you search back far enough you'll find virtually no ero at all, though there were occasionally one or two naughty images uploaded.

This is interesting, well anyways, I like this site very much.
The only thing I'd fix if I could is allow hidden posts to be shown on the "Popular" link. For an example: Now that I have blocked all questionable and explicit posts, when a click in "Popular" I can only see 3 or 4 pictures, lawl.

But besides, this site is perfect. No ads, hidden posts, nice people, high quality scans... It's not like Danbooru; there I can't see hidden posts, and in many times things are tagged wrong and nasty things keep coming. Not even mentioning the evil ads. Hello Kitty vibrators. Lawl.

Although Danbooru is pretty good too. ^w^

I prefer the hair in Debbies avatar - spiky, long and one-tailed. Twin-tails might rule sometimes, pigtales suck, multi-tales suck(yes - even on suzumiya :/)

A man with excellent taste I see :D Long black hair with red eyes is the ultimate combo for me. Shizuku (also from the game in Debbie's avatar) is a perfect example for me. Add the fact she wears pantyhose and I'm in 2D heaven :)

I too have something-like-a-fetish thing for hair(and eyes!) but mines more for the Na-Ga kind(prime example is post #6804 and yes i know Na-Ga's drawing have somewhat strangely drawn hair but i still really enjoy them) and of course Tincle and Carnelian are also on my fav list but i just can't look at CLAMP drawings... i guess nobody argues about taste...
And i guess Yukiwos artworks are nice but... they'r just not enough...
And what is PangYa? I didn't grasp the concept since i saw thousands of pictures with that tag... X.x

Thank you for the compliment but i doubt my taste since if you could put the head of Kaede from this image on Strawberry we would have one of my fav images XD since i hate too-big-bags and i'd prefer that hair instead of 'sliced'(?) hair ^^ even though her hair might've been with more detail i still think it rulz :3

I know many people say "Aaargh those horrid giants from CLAMP uglyyy", and I'm one of those who doesn't like their giants. I have no idea why did they start drawing like this. Chobits body was perfect.

But, you must agree with me, when it comes to clothing design and hair design, CLAMP is one of the best ones. All of their works are ridiculously detailed, and it's pretty impressive.

Of course I'd prefer if CLAMP drawn smaller people.

Anyways, I see. Na-ga is pretty decent, nice colors indeed, but I don't like when mangakas draw eyelashes that thin... It's a bit strange. But still cute!

Well i believe eyelashes are the main thing that tells about what the character is thinking so thin eyelashes like in post #6804 would mean "a little bit surprised"/"unprepared". So eyelashes differ on the situation in which the character is drawn and shouldn't be considered specific for artist as much as other details(like lightning, shadowing like done nicely in that post ^^)

And yes - Yukiwo has spotlight images that have fairly acquired some space on my HD ^^

And I see about PangYa... interesting but i'm not sure about trying it out... maybe later in my life XD

Yes - i hate X style(atleast i finally know what i hate XD) and while Tsubasa is much better i still find the coloring disturbing...

And sry - i mixed those two up XD anyway - guilty... i believe that lower thin eyelash makes the girl hot/more arousing/more beautiful/more cute/more anything a man can dream of XD while upper eyelash should be thick... am i a strange guy? O.o' I atleast finally know what i like in my anime girls!

No, you're not strange at all... But I think girls with thin eyelashes look like they are always scared or something. Nothing against, really - I even like Mitsumi Misato's style.

I believe it's the extreme opposite... Amaduyu Tatsuki is way more experient, right? Just take a look at some other pictures... Well I like his poses very much, I feel like the image is moving when looking at them. I still prefer Mitsumi Misato, though. If you like Na-ga, you should give him a try.

EDIT: I like CLAMP's style. But it's not the kind of style I'd draw. I believe that such a big difference comparing to other artists here on Moe is due to their incomparable experience. They are genuine mangakas, they REALLY make manga. And since the 80s. I doubt any other mangaka could do half of what these girls did. Not that CLAMP's style is my favourite, I prefer Urotan a thousand times.
