I don't think this is from K-on at all,
None of the characters have black hair and gold-ish eyes, also the guitar is a lefthandy normal guitar.
Just to make clear, Mio has grey eyes and is a left handed Fender Jazz bass guitar tri-collour sunburst, and Azusa has hazel eyes, and uses a right handed Fender Mustang Candy apple red.

Still a pretty nice pic though :3

Very fast check, checking the source URL ( artist page ) and I read あずにゃん or for those who cannot read Hiragana, Azunyan. And thats the way they call Azusa.

But I presume the artist is wrong on what girl he/she did draw.
