Does someone make clear the difference of 萌少女領域 and Sound Horizon ?

Sound Horizon is the fantasy world created by the band. I think Dhiea's profile on pixiv (http://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=270545 ) says s/he belongs to the circle 萌少女領域 .

萌少女領域 is a Chinese Circle who mainly create doujin of the band Sound Horizon.
The doujin of a band.. It really listens a little crazy for me.
