Could I beg for you all members of moe.imouto?
Please leave original artist tags even if they got romanized tags.
they can be a sign of "not aliased yet", and after mods made aliases, they'll be gone if I understand the system correctly.

You can search with original name at http://moe.imouto.org/artist , I think it's enough for me because I never tag original name directly unless I can't search it in artist DB. And on the other hand, when I killed a original name, I will also add alias name to artist db.

So I think the artist db have enough alias names now.. maybe petopeto can transplant artist DB alias system to tag DB's?

Many artists I uploaded aren't have artists DB (because I tried artists DB search at artists I uploaded, but some of them were failed), and I hate to waste time to make artists DB for my uploads.
Currently system is very inconvenient, and I hate it.

...think I should beg for peto, or just give up to maintain artists names (and just keep coping original names for my tagging forever.. because I can't remember, and I won't remember random romanizations)

Yes, this is what VorpalNeko and I have been doing for the past couple months. So everyone, if you change a tag from jp -> roman, please also make an alias request here. If you romanize an artist, put the jp name in DB too, please.
